The purpose of the position paper is to afford the opportunity to examine and articulate a Supervisory Platform as it relates to an Educational Philosophy. The position paper describes emerging personal philosophies of education and related identified supervisory beliefs. The paper relates to individual philosophies of education and theories studied in EDAD 715 as well as other courses.
